Great question! We are Authorized Retailers of many major home service providers who compensate us for acting as one of their sales, marketing, and customer service arms.  There is no upcharge. We offer the same rates our clients can find online, and sometimes better.

Once registered, you will be assigned a personal QuickAssistant who will research the service providers at your specific address so you don't have to spend the time doing it during your busy move. 

Your QuickAssistant will reach out within one business day after registration to arrange a convenient time for a brief call. 

During your call with your QuickAssistant you'll discuss which providers are available, discuss options, ask questions,  and compare plans and rates so you can make educated decisions. You will choose activation and installation dates according to your moving schedule.

Once you've made your decisions your QuickAssistant will get to work contacting your requested providers and scheduling your services.

You'll receive confirmation emails from your providers. Your QuickAssistant will also send you a consolidated service itinerary for your reference.

Yes!

The earlier the better. Two weeks before the close or lease start date is ideal. This way we have plenty of time to get in touch with our customers and providers, we can guarantee the most convenient installation and activation dates, and we can assist with any curveballs the utility providers throw at us while still having services activated on time.
