Then register your client on our site being sure to include your name so we know who we're working on behalf of. Your client will then be assigned a QuickAssistant to streamline their connections. We will make sure your client knows they receive our service at no cost exclusively because they worked with you.
You can, however for the best client experience it's better if you register for them. Registering your client takes one more thing off their plate during their move and enhances the "white glove" experience. It also ensures it gets done in a timely manner allowing us to assist with more services, making you look even better for having QuickAssist as part of your team.
Ideally once the option period is up, or as soon as they sign their lease. This way your clients haven't started setting up services already and allows us to get the best installation and activation dates.
